At VampireFreaks, we want you to be thrilled with your dark fashion; if something isn't right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Safely place the unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging, ensuring all gothic accessories and tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return at the warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
